To be eligible, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Products that have been tampered with or show signs of use will not qualify.
Please note that e-liquids, disposable vapes, and pods cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety regulations — unless proven defective upon arrival.

Once your return is inspected and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed according to your preference. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
